CTI provides training and consultation to criminal justice services, behavioural health and social service agencies across Canada, and delivers special programs such as "Breaking The Cycle: Youth Gang Exit Project And Youth Ambassador Employment Preparation Project" in the Rexdale and Scarborough areas of the GTA.

Courses and in-agency workshops offered by CTI on a Canada-wide basis, with descriptions, policies, fees, and a list of current trainers.
CTI can consult with your agency regarding organizational redesign, team-building, debriefing, design of psycho-social educational programs, staff support, and the promotion of community involvement to reduce violence within schools and organizations.
Documentation for the Breaking the Cycle project, begun in 2005, designed to help gang-involved youth leave gang membership, acquire life and employment skills through workshops and participation in service activities, and become contributing members in their communities.

4. Breaking the Cycle & The Ambassador Leadership Project: Overview
Breaking the Cycle (BTC) is all about helping young people avoid getting involved in gangs or getting out of gangs if they are already involved. The Ambassador Leadership Project, part of BTC, builds on the leadership potential of youth and involves them in community awareness efforts.
