Defusing Anger, Resistance and Hostility — 2007–2008 overall participant evaluations |
Here is what people said in their evaluation forms:
- All aspects of this training were valuable.
- How to feel okay with the anger and use the triggers to diffuse and use it.
- Presenter modeled “listening” and respect for each participant’s responses and
questions. Such will leave a deep impression on me.
- Test of centering very effective (A pushes B centered not centered).
- A beneficial session. It was sobering but helpful to have the reality of the front line
work identified and not ignored. We can’t pretend threats, crises and violence don’t
impact what we do and it is so helpful to have supports and suggestions..
- Instructor was very informative and easy to understand. Thanks a lot!!.
- Instructor is a people person who can relate and capture the attention of many
different demographics.
